About This Tour
This three-day safari takes you through Queen Elizabeth National Park — Uganda's most visited national park and one of Africa's most biodiverse — with time for game drives, a Kazinga Channel boat cruise, and the chance to spot the famous tree-climbing lions of Ishasha. The journey from Kampala passes through the equator at Kayabwe, where you can stand in both hemispheres simultaneously and watch the Coriolis effect demonstration. Queen Elizabeth is home to over 95 mammal species and more than 600 bird species, making it one of the most rewarding safari destinations in East Africa. The Kazinga Channel boat cruise is the highlight — a two-hour journey through one of Africa's densest concentrations of hippos and waterbirds.
