QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK UGANDA

DAY 1: DRIVE FROM KAMPALA TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK.

​

This is Uganda’s second largest park  close to the majestic Rwenzori Mountain Ranges with Lake Edward and Lake George.
There is  prolific game, including gazelle, Uganda kob, warthog and waterbuck. Lions are often sighted both in and at the entrance to the park. You will see huge numbers of crocodiles, hippos and elephants, and keep your eyes peeled for a leopard lazing in the sunshine.Dinner and overnight at Mweya lodge/ Bushlodge/ Simba safari Camp.

DAY 2: QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK GAME DRIVE & KAZINGA CHANNEL BOAT TRIP.

​

Before sunrise we go for a game drive in the park to search for animals such as elephants, buffaloes, side stripped jackals, hyenas, leopards, lions, warthogs, Uganda kobs and giant forest hogs as they return to their hide outs.
In the afternoon, you will take a boat trip along the Kazinga Channel to see  hippos, waterbucks , buffalos,crocodiles, bathing elephants and a range of beautiful birds. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge/Bush lodge/Simba safari camp.


DAY 3: TRANSFER TO KAMPALA.


We stop at the Uganda Equator for photographs and souvenirs
