Virunga Volcanoes safari

The Virunga volcanoesare a striking imagery of Muhabura 4127m (the guide), Gahinga 3474m (Pile of Stones) and Sabyinyo 3645m (Old Man’s Teeth) everywhere in Rwanda and Kisoro the South Western Uganda region and part of Democratic Republic of Congo. They make for dynamic photographs, wildlife viewing and the only place to track the Mountain Gorillas and Goldenmonkeys

Climbing the 3 peaks of mount Sabyinyo is Epic and best outdoor experience in Uganda.Sabinyo is where the borders of Uganda, DRC and Rwanda meet, at the top with spectacular and wonderful views of the landscape in all three countries.

Mt Muhabura

At 4,127 metres (13,540 ft) Muhabura is the third highest of the eight major mountains of the mountain range, which is a part of the Albertine Rift, the western branch of the East African Rift.

Muhabura is partly in the Volcanoes National Park, Rwanda and partly in the Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, Uganda.

The name Muhabura means 'The Guide' in the local language, Kinyarwanda.

Mt Gahinga

Gahinga climbing is Wonderfully exciting and excellent hike.

Gahinga is quite fascinating because of all the varying vegetation and climatic zones and bamboos and Its not as long as Sabinyo or Muhavura and not as prolonged in steepness either. However the crater swamp at the summit is rather rewarding.

The most adventurous part of these Misty mountains is that are hub to the most endangered "Gentle Giants"- the mountain gorillas and GoldenMonkeys.
